By accessing or using Flag Guesser ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

The App is intended for general audiences. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Submit offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate usernames to the leaderboard.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the App or its servers.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App.

3. Leaderboard

By submitting your name to the leaderboard, you grant Jashan Media LLC the right to display that name publicly within the App. We reserve the right to remove any entry we deem inappropriate at our sole discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

Flag images are sourced from Wikimedia Commons under their respective open licenses. All other App content, design, and code are the property of Jashan Media LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Jashan Media LLC does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jashan Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Privacy Policy

Jashan Media LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

1. Information We Collect

  • Leaderboard name: When you voluntarily submit a name to the leaderboard, that name, your game score, and seconds remaining are stored in our database.
  • Usage data: We do not collect IP addresses, cookies, or any personally identifiable information beyond the above.

2. How We Use Your Information

Leaderboard data is used solely to display the in-game leaderboard. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Retention

Leaderboard entries are retained indefinitely unless you contact us to request removal. We may also purge old entries periodically at our discretion.

4. Third-Party Services

Flag images are loaded from Wikimedia Commons. Font files are loaded from Google Fonts. These services have their own privacy policies; we encourage you to review them.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
